Through more than a decade, Kirstein has advised leading global asset managers. We are specialised in advising asset managers based on their competitive situation by using analyses of the investor universe. We help strengthen their business by providing advice on an operational level, such as market positioning regarding sales and marketing resources, as well as on the more strategical level, such as improving the current competitive situation and client base. The foundation of our consultancy is a combination of quantitative feedback from more than 250 institutional investors across 8 countries annually and on-site discussions with more than 200 key decision makers.
An important component in our business is that we always address our clients’ specific needs; we acknowledge the fact that not all clients are at the same stage of developing their business—early-stage managers, for instance, differ from established brand names and vice versa.
